Sleep Habits and Sleep Problems


My Sleep Habits:

Before going to bed, I turn off the light of my room, and then I to switch the T.V. on, because I can´t get to sleep If I don´t watch T.V. Also for me is necessary have two pillows to sleep, one for my head and the other to hug.
And almost every day I get up early, but on Sundays, I get up late!!! :)

My Sleep Problems:

I think that one of my sleep problems is that I go late to bed at 12:00a.m., because at that hour, I finished my homework.
And perhaps, other problem is that I often wake up in the middle of the night because, I go to the bathroom, although I feel lazy to go to the bathroom, but it's necessary!! :(
